Design Services

    • Study the owner’s requirements and advice as necessary.
    • Revised the site plans and owner’s requirements in view of the applicable building regulations of the concerned authority.
    • Prepare the preliminary drawings & plans of the master planning.
    • Prepare specifications.
    • Prepare Preliminary estimate for the cost of the project. So that the cost and feasibility study feasible to construction and owner’s approval.
    • Review and update preliminary drawings and technical reports as per the owner’s instruction.
    • Obtain the provisional approval of the concerned authorities for the preliminary drawings.
    • Prepare the finishing schedule for the project main spaces.
    • Invite reputable soil investigation firms to quote for the soil investigation works and assign the job to the successful bidder.
    • Revise the provisional cost of the project as per the above.
    • Prepare the final drawing and designs of the project covering: The Architectural Drawings, Construction drawings, Electrical drawings, Sanitary drawings, Air- conditioning drawings, fire protection and alarm system drawings and internal and external works finishing schedule in conformity with the requirements of the concerned authorities .
    • Submit the drawings to the Municipality and other concerned authorities for approval and obtaining the building permit.
